Shipping Policy

Ready-to-Ship Products: These are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms. Hinterland Crafts Private Limited is not liable for delays caused by these service providers.

Made-to-Order Products: Some items may require additional time for manufacturing and shipping. The expected dispatch time will be mentioned on the product page. Customization requests may further increase the dispatch time, and this will be communicated to you once your customization requirements are finalized.

Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery confirmations will be sent to the email address specified at the time of order placement.

Domestic Delivery Timelines: Typically completed within 2-10 days, depending on the shipping address and courier service availability.

International Delivery Timelines: Typically completed within 3-15 days, depending on the shipping address, chosen shipping option, and courier service availability.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations will be considered only if requested immediately after placing the order. However, orders that have already been processed for shipping may not be eligible for cancellation.

Complaints: Complaints regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges: Requests for returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery for items bought at MRP. Item(s) should be in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.
