Shipping Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Both international & domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 Days days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Some products may need longer time to manufacture & ship, expected time to ship would be mentioned on the product page in all such cases. Both for domestic & international payments, requesting additional customisations may further increase the time to ship. The expected delay in shipping due to customisation will also be communicated to the customer once the customisation requirement is communicated by the customer, either before or after order finalisation.   

HINTERLAND CRAFTS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-2 Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the shipping date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

All domestic deliveries are typically completed in 5-7 days, however there might be some exceptions to this depending on the shipping address and availability of courier / logistics services. All international deliveries are typically completed in 10-15 days, however there might be some exceptions to this depending on the shipping address, choice of shipping option and availability of courier / logistics services.

Returns Policy

HINTERLAND CRAFTS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy, cancellations for domestic orders will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items customers are requested to report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 5 Days days of receipt of the products for all domestic orders.

In case customers feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, they must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into their complaint will take an appropriate decision. This is also applicable for domestic orders only.

Return option is typically not available for international orders. Customers are requested to get in touch with the customer team if they feel you have received a damaged product. The Customer Service Team after looking into their complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of any Refunds approved by the HINTERLAND CRAFTS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 9-15 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
